  • How to Scale Your Online Course From $2K to $100K Per Month

Selling courses at $97–$497 is a race to the bottom. There’s a better model that turns your expertise into a high-ticket business doing $100K/month. I’ve done it, and I’ve helped hundreds of others do the same.

Stop Selling Courses. Start Selling Transformations.

A course is information. A transformation is a result. People will pay $97 for information. They’ll pay $5,000–$15,000 for a guaranteed result with personal support.

The shift: package your course content inside a coaching programme. Add group calls, accountability, direct feedback, and a community. Same knowledge — 10x the price.

    The $100K/Month Model

Offer: 12-week group coaching programme at $8,000. Maximum 20 clients per cohort.

Revenue per cohort: $160,000. Run two overlapping cohorts and you’re at $100K+/month.

Delivery: 2 group calls per week (90 minutes each), a private Slack community, recorded training modules, and monthly 1-on-1 check-ins.

Acquisition: YouTube content (3 videos/week), a simple funnel (landing page → application → sales call), and a closer handling 15–20 calls per week.

Why This Works Better Than Courses

Higher revenue per client means you need fewer clients. Fewer clients means better results. Better results mean more testimonials. More testimonials mean easier sales. It’s a virtuous cycle.

  • The Blueprint for Sustainable Business Growth

Fast growth gets the headlines. Sustainable growth builds wealth. Here’s the framework I use with every client to ensure they’re building something that lasts — not just something that looks good for a month.

    Pillar 1: Recurring Revenue

One-time sales create income spikes. Recurring revenue creates stability. Whether it’s a monthly retainer, a subscription programme, or a long-term coaching engagement, your business needs predictable cash flow.

Aim for 60%+ of your revenue to be recurring or contracted before you scale aggressively.

    Pillar 2: Client Results

The cheapest marketing in the world is a happy client who tells everyone they know. Invest disproportionately in delivery quality. Track client outcomes religiously. Make testimonials and case studies a core business function, not an afterthought.

    Pillar 3: Documented Systems

If your business breaks when you take a week off, it’s not a business — it’s a job. Document every process. Create SOPs for everything from onboarding new clients to posting content to handling refund requests.

    Pillar 4: Financial Discipline

Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity. Pay yourself first. Keep 3 months of expenses in reserve. Don’t hire ahead of revenue. Grow within your means and reinvest strategically.

    Pillar 5: Owner Independence

The ultimate test: can your business run for 30 days without you? If yes, you’ve built an asset. If no, you’ve built a dependency. Work toward this from day one.

  • What It REALLY Takes to Make $20K a Month

$20K/month. It’s the number that changes everything — enough to live well, save aggressively, and invest in growth. But most people dramatically overcomplicate what it takes to get there.

    The Simple Math

$20K at $5,000 per client = 4 clients. That’s one client per week. One. Not 50 customers. Not 10,000 followers. Four people who trust you enough to invest.

    What You Actually Need

A specific skill that solves an expensive problem. “Business coaching” is vague. “Helping fitness coaches go from $5K to $20K/month in 90 days” is specific and valuable. The more specific the outcome, the easier the sale.

10 qualified sales calls per month. At a 40% close rate, that’s 4 clients. You get 10 calls from 30 genuine conversations. You get 30 conversations from consistent daily outreach and content.

A delivery system that gets results. Weekly group calls, a private community, templates and resources, accountability check-ins. Nothing fancy — just consistent support that helps clients win.

    What You Don’t Need

A website. A logo. A fancy course platform. Business cards. An LLC (yet). A team. Paid ads. A podcast. A TikTok strategy.

Seriously. None of those things help you get your first $20K month. They’re distractions that feel productive but don’t generate revenue.

    The Daily Discipline

Two hours of content creation. Two hours of outreach and sales conversations. Two hours of client delivery. Six hours a day, five days a week. Do that for 90 days and $20K/month becomes almost inevitable.

  • How I Work 4 Hours a Day (and Make $580K/Month)

Most people think making more money means working more hours. I make $580K/month working 4 hours a day from Bali. Here’s how.

    The 4-Hour Day Structure

Hour 1: Content. I record one YouTube video or review content my team has prepared. This is the marketing engine — it runs 24/7 once published.

Hour 2: High-level strategy. Reviewing business metrics, planning with my leadership team, making decisions that move the needle. These are $10,000/hour activities.

Hour 3: Client delivery. One group coaching call or mastermind session. This is where I add the most value — directly helping clients scale.

Hour 4: Team development. 1-on-1s with key team members, reviewing processes, and ensuring the business operates at the highest level.

    What I Don’t Do

Sales calls — my team handles them. Admin — my operations manager handles it. Editing — my content team handles it. Customer support — my client success team handles it. Email — my assistant handles it.

I only do the things that only I can do. Everything else is delegated.

    How I Got Here

This didn’t start on day one. I worked 12-hour days for years building the systems and team that now run without me. The 4-hour day is the reward for building a business properly — not the starting point.

The path: build it yourself → document the processes → hire and train people → let go and lead.

  • If You Need to Make $4,000 in 4 Days, Watch This

Tight on cash and need to generate revenue fast? Forget long-term strategy for a moment. Here’s the emergency playbook that actually works.

    Day 1: Audit Your Network

Open your phone. Look at your contacts, DMs, old conversations. Who have you spoken to in the last 90 days who mentioned a problem you can solve? Who asked for advice? Who engaged with your content?

Make a list of 50 people. These are warm leads — they already know and trust you.

    Day 2: Make the Offer

Reach out to every person on that list with a genuine message. Not a pitch — a conversation. Ask how they’re doing. Then offer to help with the specific problem they mentioned. “I’ve got space for 2 people this week at $2,000 for a deep-dive strategy session.”

Day 3: Follow Up and Close

80% of sales happen in the follow-up. Go back to everyone who showed interest. Answer questions. Overcome objections. Get on quick 15-minute calls. Your goal is to close 2 sales today.

    Day 4: Deliver

Over-deliver on your promise. Give them so much value they can’t help but tell others. This turns a one-time cash injection into recurring referral revenue.

    The Bigger Lesson

If you can make $4,000 in 4 days, you can make $30K in a month. The skills are the same: reaching out, having conversations, making offers, closing. The only difference is doing it consistently instead of when you’re desperate.

  • $200,000 of Value in 1 Hour 43 Minutes

I recorded this as if I was sitting down with a client paying $200,000 for my time. No fluff, no filler — just the exact strategies, frameworks, and playbooks I use with my highest-paying clients.

    The Business Foundation

Every successful online education business I’ve built or helped build rests on the same foundation: a specific market, a premium offer, and a systemised way to get clients. Get these three things right and you’ve got a machine.

    Offer Architecture

Your offer isn’t just “coaching” or “a course.” It’s a vehicle for transformation. The strongest offers have a clear outcome, a defined timeline, and a premium price that reflects the value of the result — not the time you spend delivering it.

    Client Acquisition

Content is your storefront. Every video, post, or email should do one of three things: attract your ideal client, build trust with them, or convert them into a buyer. Anything else is a waste of your time.

    Scaling Systems

The difference between a $10K/month business and a $100K/month business is systems. Sales systems, delivery systems, hiring systems. Document everything, build SOPs, and create processes that work without you.

    The Mindset Layer

Skills and strategies get you started. Mindset determines how far you go. The biggest breakthroughs in my business always followed a mindset shift — raising my standards, cutting what wasn’t working, betting on myself.

  • Why I’m Shutting Down My $500K a Month Business

This title probably caught your attention. Good — because the lesson behind this decision is one of the most important things I can share with you about building a business.

    What Actually Happened

I didn’t shut everything down and walk away. I restructured. I closed parts of the business that weren’t aligned with where I wanted to go and doubled down on the parts that were.

Sometimes the bravest business decision isn’t “grow more.” It’s “grow differently.”

    Why Revenue Isn’t Everything

$500K/month sounds incredible on a thumbnail. But revenue without profit, freedom, and fulfilment is just a fancy prison. I was running operations that made money but drained my energy and took me away from the work I actually love.

    The Restructuring

I cut programmes that had low margins and high management overhead. I simplified the offer stack. I reduced the team to the core A-players who could operate independently. And I refocused on the highest-impact work: helping select founders scale and exit.

    The Lesson for You

Don’t build a business you don’t want to run. Before you scale, make sure you’re scaling something that gives you the life you actually want. More revenue in the wrong business is worse than less revenue in the right one.

Build with intention. Scale what matters. Cut what doesn’t.

  • After 741 Clients, This Is What Made $10K/Month the Fastest

I’ve worked with over 741 clients at Build, Grow and Exit. Some hit $10K/month in 30 days. Others took 6 months. After studying the data, the pattern is clear.

What the Fast Starters Did Differently

They picked one thing and went all in. Not three offers, not two niches, not five platforms. One offer. One avatar. One channel. Absolute focus.

They took imperfect action immediately. They didn’t wait for the perfect website, the perfect video, the perfect sales script. They started conversations on day one and improved as they went.

They treated it like a real business from day one. Fixed schedule, daily KPIs, weekly reviews. Not a hobby they worked on “when inspired.”

    The #1 Predictor of Speed

Volume of conversations. The clients who hit $10K fastest were having 10–20 conversations per day with potential clients. Not posting and hoping. Actively reaching out, engaging, and starting dialogue.

More conversations = more calls. More calls = more sales. There’s no shortcut around this.

    The Common Mistakes

The slowest clients all shared the same patterns: overthinking the offer, underpricing, avoiding sales calls, and spending weeks on branding instead of selling. None of those things make money in the first 90 days.

  • How to Scale From $80K/Month to $350K/Month

$80K/month is impressive. But getting to $350K requires a fundamentally different approach. At this level, the game changes from “how do I sell more” to “how do I build an organisation.”

    What Changes at $80K

You’ve already got a working offer, a sales process, and some team members. The bottleneck now is infrastructure — your systems, team, and leadership capacity.

    The Four Pillars to $350K

    1. Multiple offer tiers. One offer gets you to $80K. To hit $350K, you need a value ladder: a front-end offer ($3–5K), a core programme ($8–15K), and a premium/mastermind tier ($25–50K). Each client can ascend through your ecosystem.

    2. Sales department, not salesperson. One closer caps at $100–150K/month. You need 2–3 closers, a sales manager, and a setter team. Systematise training, call reviews, and KPIs.

    3. Content at scale. Hire an editor. Post daily. Repurpose long-form into shorts, clips, tweets, and emails. Your content team should be producing 20–30 pieces per week across platforms.

    4. Leadership development. You need department heads who think like owners. Invest in your team’s growth, give them autonomy, and hold them to outcomes not activities.

    The CEO Calendar

At $350K/month, your week should be: Monday strategy, Tuesday content, Wednesday high-ticket calls, Thursday team development, Friday review and planning. Everything else is delegated.

Book a strategy call to architect your path to $350K+.

  • Think Your Market Is Broke? Won’t Pay High Prices? Do This.

“My market can’t afford high-ticket.” I hear this every week. And every time, I can show you someone in that exact market charging $5,000–$10,000 and crushing it.

    The Real Problem

Your market isn’t broke. Your offer isn’t compelling enough. There’s a massive difference between “I teach yoga” and “I help yoga instructors build $30K/month businesses in 90 days.”

People don’t pay for information. They pay for transformation. And they’ll pay a premium for a clearly articulated outcome that solves a real problem.

    How to Charge More

Increase the specificity. “Business coaching” is worth $500. “Helping SaaS founders reduce churn by 40% in 60 days” is worth $10,000. The more specific the outcome, the higher the price.

Add proximity. Group programmes are worth more than courses. 1-on-1 is worth more than group. Mastermind retreats are worth more than 1-on-1. People pay for access.

Show proof. Case studies, testimonials, before-and-after results. Proof eliminates risk in the buyer’s mind, which eliminates price objections.

    The Price Objection Reframe

When someone says “I can’t afford it,” what they’re really saying is “I don’t see enough value yet.” That’s a sales problem, not a market problem.

If your offer delivers $50K in results and you charge $5K, it’s a no-brainer. Make the ROI obvious and the objections disappear.

Book a strategy call to fix your pricing and offer positioning.
