Copy This Video Style — It’ll Blow Up Your Business

After posting over 100 YouTube videos and generating millions of views, I’ve found the exact video style that drives the most leads and revenue. It’s not what most people think.

The “Framework” Video

The most effective video format for coaches and consultants is what I call the “Framework Video.” You take a specific problem your audience has and walk them through your step-by-step process for solving it.

Example: “How I book 50 sales calls a week” then you break down each step of your system. This does three things: demonstrates expertise, builds trust, and pre-sells your offer.

The Structure

Hook (0–30 seconds): State the outcome and why it matters. “This system books me 50 calls a week without paid ads. Here’s exactly how it works.”

Context (30–90 seconds): Brief proof that you’ve actually done this. Real numbers, real results.

The Framework (90 seconds – end): Walk through 3–5 steps in detail. Be specific enough that they could implement it themselves. This isn’t about holding back — it’s about demonstrating mastery.

CTA (last 30 seconds): “If you want me to help you implement this, book a call.” Simple, direct, no-pressure.

Why This Works

Most business YouTube content is either too vague (motivational fluff) or too salesy (30-minute pitch disguised as a video). Framework videos hit the sweet spot: genuine value that naturally positions you as the solution.

The people who watch the full video and still want help are your ideal clients. They’re pre-educated, pre-qualified, and ready to invest.

Book a strategy call to build your content-to-client system.
