Going from $2K to $100K a month isn’t about working 50x harder. It’s about changing what you work on at each stage. The strategies that got you to $2K will actually hold you back from hitting $100K.
The $2K–$10K Phase: Get Your Offer Right
At this stage, nothing else matters. Not your website, not your logo, not your content strategy. The only question is: can you get someone a result they’ll pay premium for?
Find your niche. Pick a specific person with a specific problem. Create an offer that solves it. Price it at $3,000–$5,000 minimum. Then get on the phone and sell it.
The $10K–$30K Phase: Install a Sales System
You’ve proven the offer works. Now you need consistent lead flow. This is where most people stall — they’re still relying on referrals and random DMs.
Build a simple funnel: content → landing page → booking page → sales call. Run this every single day. Your only job is to fill your calendar with qualified calls.
The $30K–$100K Phase: Build the Team and Systems
You can’t do $100K a month alone. At this level, you need a sales closer, a client success manager, and someone handling operations. Your role shifts from doing everything to leading a team.
The key system changes: group delivery instead of 1-on-1, a trained sales team handling calls, and documented processes so the business runs without you on every call.
The Mindset Shift
The biggest barrier at every level is your identity. At $2K, you think like a freelancer. At $10K, you think like a solopreneur. At $100K, you have to think like a CEO. Each jump requires you to let go of what got you to the previous level.
Book a strategy call if you’re ready to map out your scaling roadmap.
