The 4-Hour Day Structure
Hour 1: Content. I record one YouTube video or review content my team has prepared. This is the marketing engine — it runs 24/7 once published.
Hour 2: High-level strategy. Reviewing business metrics, planning with my leadership team, making decisions that move the needle. These are $10,000/hour activities.
Hour 3: Client delivery. One group coaching call or mastermind session. This is where I add the most value — directly helping clients scale.
Hour 4: Team development. 1-on-1s with key team members, reviewing processes, and ensuring the business operates at the highest level.
What I Don’t Do
Sales calls — my team handles them. Admin — my operations manager handles it. Editing — my content team handles it. Customer support — my client success team handles it. Email — my assistant handles it.
I only do the things that only I can do. Everything else is delegated.
How I Got Here
This didn’t start on day one. I worked 12-hour days for years building the systems and team that now run without me. The 4-hour day is the reward for building a business properly — not the starting point.
